Role Description The PHCC RN (Primary Health Care Center Registered Nurse) is a full-time on-site role based in Beirut, responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care patients in a primary health care setting. The nurse provides direct patient care, including assessments, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities, while following established clinical protocols and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, contributing to individualized care plans, and documenting all interventions and patient progress in medical records. The PHCC RN educates patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance, promoting dignity, respect, and patient empowerment.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license and recognized nursing degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary health care settings.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and documentation using evidence-based nursing practices.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Skills in patient and family education, health promotion, and psychosocial support, with sensitivity to cultural, social, and emotional needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, showing professionalism, accountability, and respect for confidentiality and ethical standards.
