We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to join a fast-growing, YC-backed sales organization expanding into Lebanon, with teams across San Francisco and London. You’ll work on campaigns for globally recognized brands and fast-growing AI companies, selling cutting-edge AI and technology solutions across international markets. You’ll gain exposure to 15+ products across 20+ markets and speak with high-end prospects using proprietary in-house sales technology. The environment is built to develop elite salespeople quickly, giving ambitious SDRs the experience to build the skills and track record needed to progress into high-paying international opportunities.
Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers using a dedicated in-house dialer.

Engage confidently with decision-makers and strangers, quickly understand their business needs, and communicate relevant value propositions.

Qualify prospects and book high-quality sales meetings that are likely to be attended.

Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software, and AI-related products and adapt quickly between different industries, audiences, and offers.

Learn each assigned campaign, product, target customer, qualification criteria, and messaging before conducting outreach.

Handle objections, unexpected questions, and changing conversations intelligently and confidently without relying heavily on scripts.

Maintain consistent calling activity for extended periods while remaining professional, energetic, and focused.

Accurately record call outcomes, prospect information, qualification details, and booked meetings within the provided systems.

Work toward individual and team performance targets related to calling activity, meetings booked, and meetings attended.

Apply coaching, call feedback, and performance insights to continuously improve conversion rates and call quality.

Collaborate with sales leadership and other SDRs to maintain strong campaign execution and performance.

Maintain a high standard of professionalism when representing different businesses and communicating with their prospective customers.

Take on additional responsibility and potential SDR leadership opportunities based on demonstrated performance.
Qualifications

Fluent English at C1 level or above, with excellent spoken communication, pronunciation, listening, and conversational ability.

Exceptional confidence communicating with strangers over the phone.

Strong resilience, patience, persistence, and ability to handle frequent rejection without losing motivation.

Extremely motivated, competitive, hardworking, and driven to become highly successful in sales.

Ability and willingness to conduct cold calls consistently for several hours per day.

Strong ability to think quickly, understand unfamiliar businesses, and respond intelligently during live conversations.

Basic business acumen and ability to understand different products, industries, customer profiles, and commercial needs.

Ability to manage multiple client campaigns and quickly switch between different products, messaging, and target audiences.

Strong objection-handling, persuasion, active listening, and relationship-building potential.

Available to work Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
