We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Key Account Executive to join our FMCG team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible of developing profitable and sustainable business relationships with the Key Accounts in the organization, in order to drive value and volume growth for a portfolio of brands, through thorough analysis, forecasting and business plans implementation.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Analyze key accounts historical performance data and derive forward monthly forecasts.
- Prepare, negotiate and implement on monthly basis the Business Development Agreement (BDA’s) with respective customers.
- Analyze periodically sales out data in order to assess current brand performance and identify hidden opportunities.
- Achieve the set and agreed forecast with customers and organization on monthly basis.
- Set up and execute marketing activities as per activity master plan in coordination with the concerned parties.
- Analyze post activity ROI in order to ensure profitable investments
- Provide the needed coaching and guidance of the merchandising team in order to implement the set and agreed planograms and visibility projects.
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products, highlight their weaknesses and promote relevant strengths.
- Ensure that all receivables and collections are within the agreed payment / credit terms in order to sustain the company cash flow levels.
- Follow up on monthly basis, on account differences and reconcile accordingly to a minimal level of discrepancies.
- Communicate monthly to Key Accounts their current performance as well as next month’s expectations and plans, aligned with the master plan agreed upon at the beginning of the year.
Qualifications
1-2 years’ experience in similar position
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
Excellent command of English and Arabic
Excellent computer skills
Preferred background in sales and merchandizing
Preferred background in Marketing
Market Knowledge and technical terms knowledge
