- Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models based on project specifications and requirements.
- Collect and review project data to support BIM model development, quantity take-offs, and project scheduling.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Tendering, and Project Management teams to ensure BIM implementation aligns with project and client requirements.
- Consolidate BIM models, develop 4D models, and integrate BIM/Revit with Primavera P6 for schedule and cost visualization.
- Maintain BIM model integrity in accordance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project requirements.
- Supervise, train, and support BIM Engineers and Modelers while identifying training and development needs.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, risk assessments, and environmental requirements.
- Perform additional assignments as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in BIM Engineering/Coordination.
- Proficiency in BIM software, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Relevant BIM certifications are an advantage
