Job Summary
The UX/UI Developer is responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, user-centered digital interfaces. The role focuses on creating seamless user experiences and visually appealing user interfaces while collaborating closely with product, development, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Translate user requirements and business needs into intuitive UI/UX solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms and devices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI design or UX/UI development roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, UI design, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
- Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
