Position Responsibilities
- * Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for web and enterprise applications.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
- Create responsive and visually consistent interfaces across different screen sizes.
- Identify usability issues and propose practical design improvements.
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components, patterns, and design systems.
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review implemented features and make sure they maintain the intended UX/UI quality.
- Stay up to date with modern UX/UI trends, tools, and emerging AI-assisted design capabilities.
Required Competencies
- * Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and/or enterprise application design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Good understanding of responsive design and usability principles.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- * Experience designing enterprise/B2B software products.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development.
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools.
