Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Urologist role based at Cleopatra Hospital Group Elshrook Hospital in Cairo. The Urologist will provide diagnostic evaluations, medical management, and surgical treatment for conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and performing urological procedures and surgeries. The role may involve managing adult and pediatric urology cases, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in clinical discussions and case reviews. The Urologist will also be expected to maintain accurate medical records, follow hospital protocols, and adhere to ethical, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in Medicine with specialized training and experience in Urology.
* Proficiency in Urology procedures and general Surgery relevant to urological care.
* Experience or training in Pediatric Urology for managing urological conditions in children.
* Skill in Robotic Surgery or minimally invasive techniques, or a willingness to train in these areas.
* Recognized medical degree and completed residency in Urology; board certification or equivalent is preferred.
* Valid license or eligibility to practice medicine and surgery in Egypt.
* Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
* Effective communication skills, ability to work within multidisciplinary teams, and focus on patient-centered care.
* Willingness to participate in continuing education, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
