Treasury Manager Experience in Food industry from 12 to 16 Years
Develop the Group’s cash and liquidity management strategy in alignment with the operational and strategic plans of its subsidiaries.
Manage cash flows across Group companies to ensure operational, production, and investment obligations are met on time.
Develop short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure the best banking services and facilities.
Negotiate credit and financing facilities and their terms to achieve the most favorable financing returns and costs for the Group.
Manage the Group’s loans and financing obligations and ensure compliance with agreement terms and repayment schedules.
Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to provide the liquidity needed for raw material imports and supplier payments in line with operational plans.
Manage cash flows generated by export operations and foreign-currency collections to support the stability of the Group’s cash position.
Monitor working capital levels and recommend initiatives that improve the cash conversion cycle.
Ensure the integrity of payment and collection processes and compliance with the approved authority matrix and financial policies.
Review bank reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
Assess liquidity, interest rate, and foreign exchange risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Oversee trade finance activities, bank guarantees, and letters of credit to support business continuity.
Internal: All company departments.
External: Banks; government and regulatory authorities; external audit firms.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Education & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) qualification.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration.
Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in treasury and financing.
- Experience in food manufacturing or multi-activity FMCG companies is preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with accounting software (AX).
