Job Title: Treasury Accountant - SAUDI

Reports to: Accounting Manager / Finance Director
Key Responsibilities:
Banking Operations:
- Manage daily cash and bank operations, including bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and maintaining optimal cash positions across accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments (local, international, salaries, suppliers).
- Monitor bank charges and interest to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
Bank Relationships & Facilities:
- Act as the key point of contact with banks for all operational matters.
- Prepare required documentation for facility applications (overdrafts, LGs, LCs, term loans, etc.).
- Monitor and track utilization of credit facilities and ensure alignment with facility agreements.
- Ensure timely renewal of facilities and compliance with covenants and reporting requirements.
- Reconcile and track Letter of Guarantees (LGs), Letters of Credit (LCs), and other instruments issued or received.
Cash Flow & Reporting:
- Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts and variance analyses.
- Analyze working capital requirements and propose funding strategies.
- Report cash positions and treasury KPIs to management regularly.
- Coordinate with the AP and AR teams to ensure efficient cash cycle management.
Compliance & Internal Control:
- Ensure all treasury-related transactions comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory policies.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for bank mandates and signatories.
- Support internal and external audits related to treasury matters.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
- 4–6 years of experience in treasury and banking, preferably in project-based or trading environments.
- Strong understanding of banking instruments, credit facilities, and cash management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with financial institutions.
- High proficiency in Excel, cash flow modeling, and ERP systems (Dynamics AX or similar preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, analytical mindset.
