Role Description
The Travel Consultant will handle client inquiries, trip planning, and bookings, including flights, hotels, transfers, and Umrah services. The role includes preparing itineraries, managing reservations and changes, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with travel suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and smooth travel experiences.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel & Tourism
• Experience in the Kuwaiti market is highly preferred 🇰
🇼• Good knowledge of GDS systems – Galileo or Amadeu
s• Strong communication and negotiation skill
s• Sales-oriented with a proven track record of achieving target
s• Good knowledge of travel products, hotels, flights & tourism service
