Role Description The Transportation Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Transportation Manager will oversee daily transportation operations, including planning and scheduling routes, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery performance across the Kingdom. This role will monitor fleet utilization, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance while enforcing safety, compliance, and quality standards. The Transportation Manager will collaborate closely with warehousing, procurement, and advisory teams to optimize end-to-end logistics flows and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves managing relationships with carriers and clients, resolving transportation issues, analyzing operational data, and implementing process enhancements aligned with LogeMate’s strategic goals.
