The position is located at Lindholmen in Gothenburg together with the full Volvo Trademark Holding team. We are a small, highly specialized team operating in an inspiring, stimulating and truly global work environment.
This role is designed to be fully on-site to drive daily engagement and operational alignment. We welcome applicants based within a manageable commute to our location.

What You Will DoAt Volvo Trademark Holding AB, you will contribute to protecting and preserving the VOLVO trademarks on a global scale. You will:
Who You AreYou are a confident, collaborative and structured professional with a strong interest in trademarks and brand protection. You combine legal expertise with commercial understanding and sound judgement.
You enjoy working in teams and driving matters forward from strategy to execution. You are comfortable making decisions, managing external counsel and advising senior stakeholders in complex trademark matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Most importantly, you are motivated by the opportunity to protect and preserve the Volvo trademarks - one of the world’s most iconic trademarks.
Essential RequirementsLaw degree and experience within trademark law working at a law firm or in-house for at least 3-5 years.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and handle a high workload.
Strong collaboration skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders and external counsels globally.
Excellent communication skills in English.
High integrity and the ability to act as an ambassador for the VOLVO trademark and the values connected with it.
Strong interest in digital tools and working efficiently with case management and legal tech.
