What You'll Do
Trade Marketing & Point-of-Sale Management
- Build in-depth knowledge of markets, retail chains, and key points of sale — branches, store characteristics, available space, sales trends, and opportunities
- Follow up on trade agreements with markets alongside the sales department
- Prioritize in-store investment based on sales volume, location, performance, and growth potential
- Manage and develop brand spaces — shelves, stands, displays, refrigerators, counters, and marketing materials
- Ensure each brand's in-store presence reflects its identity and strategy
Planning & Budget
- Prepare annual/quarterly trade marketing plans with the Marketing Manager and sales department
- Manage and allocate the trade marketing budget across markets, activities, and brands
- Evaluate proposed investment opportunities and track spend against approved budgets
Sales Collaboration
- Work closely with sales reps, supervisors, and managers to understand market needs and opportunities
- Translate sales needs into actionable marketing plans
- Visit markets and points of sale regularly to assess opportunities and follow up on execution
Brand Management at POS
- Ensure brand identity and messaging are applied consistently across all points of sale
- Develop ideas to improve product visibility versus competitors
- Monitor shelf placement, seasonal promotions, and competitor activity
Marketing Materials & Suppliers
- Manage production of marketing materials from request through installation
- Work directly with suppliers producing stands, shelving, signage, and displays
- Manage inventory, distribution, and reuse of marketing materials
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years in trade marketing, sales, or key account management, ideally FMCG
- Strong knowledge of retail, in-store space, and promotions management
- Experience with budgets, performance indicators, and ROI analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience negotiating with suppliers and marketing material producers
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel and visit markets regularly
