Soul of Egypt is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tour Operations Executive to join our growing team.
Requirements:
‚óèExcellent command of English (spoken & written)
‚óèStrong organizational and problem-solving skills
‚óèAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
‚óèGood communication skills
‚óèPrevious experience in tourism or operations is preferred

Responsibilities:
• Handle all tour operations from confirmation to execution

Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transport, guides) to ensure smooth service delivery

Confirm bookings and follow up on all reservations

Prepare vouchers, itineraries, and travel documents

Monitor ongoing tours and handle any issues efficiently

Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of bookings and operations
