Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for driving sales and supporting customers over the phone. Day-to-day tasks include contacting potential and existing customers, presenting vehicle options and related services, and following up on leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities. The role involves providing accurate information about products, pricing, financing, insurance, and trade-in programs, while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. The Telesales Specialist will handle customer questions, coordinate with showroom and after-sales teams, and support campaigns and promotions to help achieve sales targets. This role requires consistent, professional communication and a strong focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
- * Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, with experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in automotive or related industries.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear phone etiquette, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information simply.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess Training-related capabilities, such as being open to continuous learning and applying product and process training to improve performance.
- Relevant qualifications include a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree, basic computer and CRM proficiency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site full time in Giza.
- Prior experience in automotive retail, knowledge of financing and insurance concepts, and fluency in Arabic with good English skills are considered beneficial.
