Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Specialist will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote Fleet Fix’s services, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers. Daily responsibilities include presenting service offerings, answering questions, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves coordinating with operations and customer service teams to schedule appointments, provide quotations, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The Telesales Specialist will also work toward individual and team sales targets, participate in training, and support continuous improvement in sales processes.

* Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and build long-term client relationships.
* Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear phone conversations, active listening, and professional correspondence.
* Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals in a telesales environment.
* Candidates should possess Training-related capabilities, such as the ability to learn new products quickly and support knowledge sharing within the team.
* Previous experience in telesales, call centers, or automotive services is an advantage.
* Comfort with CRM systems, basic computer applications, and call handling tools is preferred.
* Ability to work on-site in Cairo, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or related fields is beneficial.
