We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telecaller to join our real estate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Follow up with leads and schedule property consultations/viewings.
- Understand client requirements and share suitable property options.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead generation and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of telecalling/telesales experience, preferably in UAE real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive and target-oriented.
- Good English communication; additional languages are an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
