Job DescriptionWe are looking for motivated and results-driven Telesales Representatives with proven experience in the real estate industry to join our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through outbound calls and follow up on incoming leads.
- Present real estate projects, available units, and investment opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Generate qualified leads and arrange client meetings and property visits.
- Follow up with potential clients to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on real estate projects, market trends, and competitors.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate telesales or sales is a must.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
