Hammer Protection is expanding its Sales team and is looking for a motivated Tele Sales Representative to join us in Nasr City, Cairo.
What you’ll do:
- Engage with customers primarily through chat and lead follow-up (approximately 80%).
- Conduct phone calls to support conversions and close sales (approximately 20%).
- Explain products, offers, and solutions clearly.
- Manage leads from initial contact through successful purchase.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in Tele Sales, Sales, or Customer Follow-up.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Good English proficiency.
- Target-driven mindset and ability to manage multiple leads.
- Retail or direct-sales experience is a plus.
