English Telesales Agent – UAE Project
Location: Abbassia, Cairo, Egypt
Salary: 13,000 EGP Net + Unlimited Commission
Job Description
We are looking for motivated and results-driven English Telesales Agents to join our UAE Project. The ideal candidates should have strong communication and persuasion skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls to promote products or services.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Explain product or service features clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales information.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- English Level: B1+ or above.
- University graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to achieve results.
- Previous telesales or call center experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
