Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervise all site activities at mobile network sites, ensuring that installation, maintenance, swap, and commissioning works are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
Install new power cabinets and battery banks.
Perform swap activities for power cabinets and batteries.
Install and replace Main Distribution Boards (MDBs).
Install and connect DC and AC power cables.
Install power meters and related power equipment.
Troubleshoot and rectify power faults at sites.
Installation and commissioning for MW links
LOS & Power site survey
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in the mobile telecommunication field.
Willingness to work full-time and travel frequently.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to quality.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with installation standards, quality procedures, and HSE requirements.
Supervise installation for BTS, DC power systems and Microwave equipment.
Perform equipment configuration and site integration and commissioning .
