General Technician

The Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on General Technician to carry out routine maintenance and repairs across our hotel, keeping rooms, facilities, and equipment in excellent working condition.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, AC, and general fixtures
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and departments
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify repair needs
- Maintain maintenance logs and report recurring issues to management
- Assist with minor renovations, painting, and equipment installations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards when handling tools and equipment
- Coordinate with external contractors/vendors when specialized repairs are required

Who Should Apply?
- 1–2 years of experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in hospitality
- Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of English preferred
- Willingness to be on call for urgent repairs
