Role purpose
Grow NATCOM's technical training sales with new industrial customers and existing accounts. Manage each sale from understanding the training need through quotation, booking, and payment follow-up.
This is a full-time, primarily office-based role in Cairo, combining phone and email prospecting, online meetings, and proposals with planned visits to customer head offices, mainly in Cairo.
Customers and training portfolio
Target industrial companies in power generation, oil and gas, petrochemicals, fertilizers, steel, cement, and manufacturing. Build relationships at their head offices in Cairo and work with the relevant plants and operating sites to identify training needs.
Key contacts include training and learning and development managers, human resources, maintenance, reliability, engineering, operations, and procurement teams. Identify who selects training, approves the budget, and places the order. Use head-office meetings to build these relationships and agree course bookings and annual training plans.
Sell places on scheduled courses and dedicated in-house programmes for customer teams. The portfolio covers vibration analysis, precision shaft alignment, rotor balancing, lubrication management, electrical motor testing and diagnostics, and compressor and engine applications. Match the course and level to the participants' experience and the customer's requirements.
