About the role
Support full-cycle recruiting for a Global Manufacturing Supply organization. Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to build talent pipelines, manage requisitions, and deliver an effective candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership on recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage requisitions and candidate activity within an ATS, including SuccessFactors.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring activity and market trend reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 1–3 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); SuccessFactors preferred.
- Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development experience.
- Manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred; healthcare or pharmaceutical recruiting preferred.
Compensation (NC Pay Transparency):
- Estimated hourly range: Up to $35/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
