Technical Project Coordinator — AI Real Estate Platform (Dwelleo)
Reports to: Senior Project Manager
You'll work alongside our Senior Project Manager to keep delivery across ten concurrent workstreams accurate, visible, and on schedule. The PM sets the process; you make it hold. This is a hands-on operational role for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in a board that tells the truth and in commitments that get closed.
The platform spans AI voice and WhatsApp sales agents, market intelligence, price prediction, subscriptions and entitlements, Odoo CRM, web and mobile, and a set of third-party integrations. You'll be the person who knows where every one of them actually stands.
What you'll own
- Jira hygiene across project DWEL: ticket quality, correct epics and components, status accuracy, sprint boards that match reality
- Confluence as a living record: release notes, meeting outcomes, decision records, spec pages linked to their tickets
- Roadmap upkeep as the PM makes sequencing changes, and flagging when a stated date no longer matches ticket-level reality
- The follow-up loop: every committed date tracked, chased before it slips rather than after, escalated to the PM with specifics
- The weekly delivery report: pull the data, draft the status, hand the PM something that needs judgement added, not assembly
- Release logistics with QA and DevOps: readiness checklists, sign-offs, deployment scheduling
- Meeting notes converted into tracked actions with owners and dates, then followed to closure
- Jira dashboards, filters, and automation rules that reduce manual chasing
Requirements
- 2–4 years in project coordination, delivery, scrum master, or technical PMO work in a software environment
- Strong Jira and Confluence skills: not just using them, but configuring filters, boards, dashboards, and basic automation
- Technically literate. You understand what an API, a deployment, a release branch, and a blocked dependency are, and you can read an engineering ticket thread without getting lost
- Relentless on follow-up. Nothing goes unanswered, nothing quietly ages
- Comfortable working inside someone else's process and improving it from within rather than rebuilding it
- Clear written English; comfortable across time zones with distributed engineers
- Arabic is an advantage given our KSA operation
Nice to have
- CSM, CAPM, or equivalent
- Experience on a multi-repo, multi-team product
- Exposure to AI/ML or integration-heavy delivery
- Basic SQL or comfort pulling data from dashboards
