About the Role:
The role is responsible for transforming approved 3D designs into accurate technical sheets and working drawings, ensuring they meet project requirements, standards, materials specifications, and site conditions.
Job Role:
- * Prepare detailed technical sheets and working drawings based on approved 3D drawings.
- Review project requirements, building codes, life safety requirements, MEP permits, and material specifications.
- Review As-Built drawings and coordinate with the site supervision team to reflect site changes.
- Prepare drawings with accurate calculated dimensions.
- Coordinate with the Design Team, Project Managers, clients, and contractors.
- Review lighting designs from an application and MEP coordination perspective.
- Identify technical issues and suggest alternative material solutions when needed.
- Present design progress, receive feedback, and refine technical drawings accordingly.
What Are We Looking For:
- * Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering or a relevant major.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Very good command of AutoCAD and other design programs.
- Very good knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate drawings on time.
