Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Workshop Manager to oversee daily production operations, lead our manufacturing team, and uphold our quality standards. This is a full-time, onsite position in Zamalek, Cairo.
Responsibilities:
• Production & Workflow: Supervise garment assembly from cutting to final inspection, track sewing times against cost sheets, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Fitting session Supervision: Overseeing fit sessions and Managing all technical feed back and revision to achieve optimal garment fit
• Cross Functional Coordination: Aligning Design, Product Development, Production Quality Assurance.
• Quality Assurance: Perform pre-production fabric tests (shrinkage, color run) and oversee in-line and final garment QC.
• Material Management: Monitor workshop raw materials and trims (interfacing, threads, zippers).
• Team Leadership: Manage worker attendance, evaluate weekly performance, and resolve floor bottlenecks.
