About the Role
Double Marks is seeking a hands-on Technical Engineer – BIM & Shop Drawings to join our project team in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will initially support the delivery of a major data center project and will become part of Double Marks' technical engineering team for current and future projects.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. * Strong hands-on proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. * Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination*. * Good understanding of reinforced concrete construction and structural drawings. * Ability to independently produce construction/shop drawings from IFC documents. * Experience coordinating Structural, Architectural, and MEP models. * Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is preferred. * Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills. * Previous experience on large-scale, mission-critical, industrial, or data center projects is an advantage. * Saudi/GCC construction experience is preferred.
Candidates should be hands-on technical engineers, not solely BIM managers or coordinators.
