We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant with strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), LS Retail, LS Central with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end ERP implementations and transformation initiatives.
The candidate should be capable of independently translating complex business requirements into scalable technical and functional solutions, leading development and integrations, troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and supporting users throughout the ERP lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust solutions using AL and C/AL. Design and implement LS Retail / LS Central and POS customizations. Experience with retail and POS architecture & implementation, including store operations and back-office integration.
- Perform NAV/BC development, customization, extensions, reports, interfaces and integrations, performance tuning and optimization.
- Analyze business requirements and independently convert them into technical & functional solution designs for complex ERP and retail requirements.
- Work across Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Retail, and LS Central environments with strong understanding of solution architecture and technical design.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve business processes through ERP, retail technology, automation, integrations, and data-driven solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Identify and implement performance optimization opportunities across Dynamics NAV/BC, LS Retail/LS Central, integrations, database, and custom solutions. Review existing customizations and recommend improvements, modernization, or migration strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, functional teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and third-party partners.
- Prepare technical specifications, functional designs, solution architecture documents, development standards, test scenarios, and implementation documentation.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and go-live activities.
- Conduct user training, knowledge-transfer sessions, and workshops for business users.
- Support multi-entity, multi-country, and multi-company rollouts, ensuring appropriate localization and business-process alignment.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuously identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
Your Profile:
- Strong experience in AL, C/AL, NAV/BC development, customization, custom solutions & process automation.
- Expertise in third-party system integrations, APIs, web services, and external applications.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience delivering at least 3 successful full-lifecycle Dynamics NAV/BC/LS Retail/ LS Central ERP implementation projects across requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Good understanding of ERP data structures, databases, integrations, security, and system dependencies.
- Strong understanding of core ERP and retail business processes including Luxury Fashion Retail business processes.
- University Degree in IT or IT equivalent.
