Wat ga je doen?Voor onze Operations afdeling zijn we op zoek naar een meewerkend teamleider. Als teamlead ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van een deel van het team (+/- 8 a 10 mensen). Jullie zorgen er gezamenlijk voor dat onze operationele processen op rolletjes verlopen. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het optimaliseren van verschillende operationele processen binnen je eigen team en binnen de gehele Operations afdeling.
