Role Description The Teacher role at al fitrah preschool is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, activities, and learning experiences aligned with preschool curriculum standards. Daily responsibilities include guiding children through structured and play-based learning, maintaining a safe and orderly classroom, observing and documenting developmental progress, and providing feedback to families as needed. The Teacher will collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, classroom events, and continuous improvement of teaching practices. Additional tasks include preparing learning materials, supporting children’s social and emotional development, and participating in staff meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in early childhood or preschool settings.
* Demonstrated ability in Lesson Planning, curriculum implementation, and creating engaging learning activities.
* Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
* Experience in Training or mentoring, and openness to ongoing professional development.
* Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
* Ability to maintain a safe, inclusive, and culturally sensitive classroom environment.
* Organizational skills, reliability, and a patient, caring approach to working with young children.
* Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
