üéØ JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax, Fixed Assets & Lease Accountant to manage VAT, ZATCA compliance, fixed assets, leases, and related accounting reconciliations.
üîπ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform VAT input/output reconciliations and maintain the VAT control account.
• Prepare VAT files and returns.
• Ensure ZATCA compliance and maintain e-invoicing controls.
• Prepare WHT schedules.
• Maintain the fixed-asset register.
• Handle capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and physical asset verification.
• Maintain the lease register.
• Manage ROU assets and lease liabilities.
• Handle lease interest/depreciation, modifications, and GL reconciliations.
‚úÖ REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of Saudi VAT and ZATCA requirements — Required.
• Fixed-asset accounting experience is preferred.
• Understanding of IFRS / lease accounting.
• ERP experience required; Oracle/Odoo preferred.
• Fixed-asset module experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Saudi-market experience is strongly preferred.
