Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and support high-volume recruitment activities within the BPO industry. The role will be responsible for supervising the recruitment team, ensuring hiring targets are achieved, maintaining recruitment quality, and improving the overall candidate and stakeholder experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in mass hiring, contact center recruitment, team supervision, recruitment analytics, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Manage high-volume recruitment for customer service, call center, sales, technical support, and other BPO roles.
- Monitor recruiters' performance, productivity, quality, and recruitment KPIs.
- Allocate hiring requirements and workloads across the recruitment team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on recruitment pipelines and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.
- Support sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment events, and other channels.
- Review candidate quality and ensure alignment with client or business requirements.
- Conduct interviews and support recruiters with complex or senior-level profiles when required.
- Coordinate with Operations, Workforce Management, HR, and other stakeholders regarding manpower requirements.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment reports, including hiring progress, conversion rates, source effectiveness, and recruiter performance.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend improvements to processes and sourcing strategies.
- Coach and develop recruiters through regular feedback, training, and performance follow-up.
- Ensure accurate candidate records and recruitment activities are maintained on the ATS.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support recruitment campaigns, open days, and mass-hiring events when required.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and hiring standards.
Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience, preferably within the BPO or contact center industry.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a recruitment team is required.
- Strong experience in mass hiring and high-volume recruitment.
- Good understanding of BPO recruitment metrics, conversion ratios, and hiring funnels.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong reporting and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms is preferred.
- Very good to fluent English proficiency.
