🎯 What You’ll Do
- * Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, and other channels.
- Conduct phone screenings and HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring KPIs.
