Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Cairo, Egypt, is focused on Talent Acquisition and fostering a positive organizational culture. As a Talent Acquisition & Culture Associate, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and streamlining hiring processes. Additionally, you will contribute to cultivating an inclusive organizational culture by supporting team engagement initiatives and improving communication across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting strategies, with an ability to assess diverse talent
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and foster a positive workplace culture
- Proven ability to drive initiatives that promote inclusivity and team engagement
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in a recruitment and HR context is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- Flexible mindset and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable wearing different hats and taking ownership beyond a standard job scope
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, people operations, HR, or a similar role
