- * Lead and coordinate assigned sustainability reporting workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, SEC Form 20-F and other sustainability reporting requirements.
- Manage reporting project plans, timelines, milestones and stakeholder contributions across multiple functions and geographies.
- Draft and review sustainability disclosures, reporting methodologies, technical position papers and guidance documentation.
- Ensure the consistent interpretation and application of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks, providing technical recommendations and supporting key reporting decisions.
- Collaborate with Finance, business units and corporate functions to ensure disclosures are accurate, complete, traceable and audit-ready.
- Coordinate internal and external assurance activities, including evidence collection, audit documentation, issue resolution and follow-up on audit findings.
- Support the integration of Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) outcomes into sustainability reporting and disclosures.
- Manage and optimize the Workiva sustainability reporting platform, including workflows, reporting templates, review cycles, user access and governance controls.
- Serve as a key point of contact for reporting stakeholders, providing guidance on reporting requirements, processes, timelines and documentation standards.
- Monitor regulatory developments and emerging sustainability reporting requirements, assessing their impact and supporting implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, automation, AI and digital solutions to enhance reporting efficiency, quality and transparency.
- Coordinate external sustainability questionnaires and ratings submissions (e.g. CDP, EcoVadis), ensuring consistency with published disclosures.
Experience
- * 6-10 years of experience in ESG, sustainability or corporate reporting.
- Strong knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy and related frameworks.
- Proven project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience with assurance/audit processes.
- Experience with Workiva or similar reporting platforms is a plus.
