- Manage procurement and supply planning for ingredients, packaging, equipment and operational requirements.
- Coordinate demand forecasting and replenishment planning across the business.
- Build supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms and establish backup sources for critical materials.

- Manage international sourcing, sampling, production milestones and shipment timelines.
- Oversee stock management, inventory movements, transport and distribution arrangements.
- Ensure purchased materials meet approved specifications, with proper assessment of supplier or product substitutions.
- Establish clear purchasing processes, supplier records, risk reporting and performance measures.
- Develop logistics arrangements to support new locations and future regional distribution.
What we’re looking for
- Experience managing supply chain and procurement in F&B, food production, hospitality, retail or a related sector.
- Strong practical knowledge of inventory planning, supplier management and domestic and international logistics.
- Experience sourcing food ingredients and packaging, with an understanding of quality requirements and shelf life.
- A track record of improving availability, controlling costs and delivering purchases and projects on schedule.
- Strong negotiation, analytical and coordination skills.
- Confidence using Excel and ERP systems to create clear plans and reliable reporting.
- Qatar or GCC supply-market experience is an advantage.
