- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities and manpower.
- Plan and assign jobs to technicians, mechanics, fabricators, and other workshop staff.
- Monitor repair, maintenance, fabrication, and servicing work to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with technical specifications and company standards.
- Monitor the use of workshop tools, machinery, equipment, and materials.
- Identify mechanical or technical problems and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
- Maintain records of workshop activities, repairs, spare parts, and equipment usage.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, workplace safety, and safe operation of workshop equipment.
- Coordinate with management and other departments regarding workshop requirements and work progress.
- Train, guide, and supervise workshop personnel to improve productivity and work quality.
