Job Responsibilities
- * Supervise and coordinate daily water and gas maintenance activities.
- Monitor installation, repair, inspection, and maintenance of water and gas pipelines and systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and maintenance plans.
- Assign work to technicians and ensure proper completion of maintenance tasks.
- Identify faults, leaks, and system problems and arrange necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards and company procedures.
- Monitor tools, equipment, materials, and manpower requirements.
- Prepare maintenance reports and update supervisors/management on work progress.
- Coordinate with other departments and contractors for smooth maintenance operations.
Requirements
- * Experience: 5 years
- Education: diploma in mechanical engineering
- Skills: maintenance engineering, facilities maintenance, mechanical maintenance, knowledge of maintenance procedures, plant maintenance, facility maintenance, electrical maintenance, maintenance and repair, gas fitter, pipe fitters
