We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Studio Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, design-led studio.
This role is essential in maintaining the studio’s internal flow, ensuring that teams are supported, spaces are organized, and processes run seamlessly, allowing leadership to focus on strategic and financial priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HR-related administration (attendance, leave tracking, approvals).
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure readiness of all shared spaces.
- Support weekly meetings and internal coordination.
- Follow up on IT requests and operational needs.
- Track and compile weekly reports across teams.
- Maintain organized documentation and support monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Handle administrative paperwork and internal document flow.
- Provide general operational support across the studio.
Requirements
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Strong follow-up skills and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and file management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and file management systems (Google Drive).
- 2 -3 years experience in admin/operations roles required.
- Experience in a creative or design environment is a plus.
