üîπ Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage high-quality Structural BIM Models using Revit (LOD 300–500).
• Prepare Structural Shop Drawings and Reinforcement Detailing using ASD/Revit.
• Review structural design drawings to ensure accuracy, coordination, and constructability.
• Generate accurate Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) and BOQs for structural and concrete works.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, specifications, and deadlines.
üîπ Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Revit Structure and ASD.
• Solid understanding of structural detailing and construction methodologies.
• Experience in BIM Modeling, Shop Drawings, and Rebar Detailing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
