A leading organization is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive sourcing excellence, supplier partnerships, contract management, and procurement transformation initiatives across a diverse portfolio of spend categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Lead complex tendering, negotiation, and contracting activities from initiation through implementation.
- Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance.
- Deliver cost optimization, value creation, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Monitor spend, savings, sourcing pipelines, contract coverage, and procurement performance metrics.
- Champion procurement best practices, digital procurement solutions, and process improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support strategic business objectives.
- Lead and develop procurement talent while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MCIPS qualification or currently pursuing certification.
- 9-12 years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience.
- Strong background in contract negotiations and supplier relationship management.
- Experience with e-procurement platforms.
- Excellent commercial acumen, stakeholder management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
