We’re hiring: Strategic Sourcing Executive
Pearl Coast International L.L.C. is looking for a commercially minded Strategic Sourcing Executive to strengthen our hospitality supply business in Dubai, UAE.
In this role, you will identify and develop reliable supply options, source competitive products, and help deliver cost-effective solutions for customer enquiries, tenders and projects. You will work closely with Purchasing, Commercial and Warehouse teams to ensure qualified suppliers, accurate specifications and complete sourcing information are in place for successful purchasing execution.
What you’ll be doing:
• Identifying, evaluating and developing suppliers and manufacturers
• Sourcing hospitality supplies against customer specifications, BOQs and project requirements
• Comparing supplier quotations, total landed costs, lead times, MOQs and commercial terms
• Negotiating competitive pricing, payment terms and delivery arrangements
• Supporting supplier qualification, product development, samples and alternative sourcing
• Benchmarking costs and identifying value-engineering and savings opportunities
• Maintaining accurate sourcing records, supplier information and product documentation
What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement or purchasing
• Experience in hospitality supplies, trading, distribution, OS&E or a related industry is preferred
• Strong supplier research, quotation analysis and commercial negotiation skills
• A detail-oriented, analytical approach with strong follow-up ability
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
• The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with tender and project deadlines
