Job Overview:
The Strategic Partnerships & Marketing Growth Associate will be responsible for building, managing, and growing Nutrili’s strategic offline partnerships.
You will work across two major areas:
- Strategic Partner Growth: Supporting key partners to improve sell-through, visibility, staff education, activations, reorder opportunities, and customer feedback loops.
- Wellness, Corporate & Community Partnerships: Building partnerships with gyms, clinics, wellness studios, beauty destinations, hotels, corporate wellness clients, events, and community partners that help Nutrili reach the right audience and drive measurable growth.
The ideal candidate is not just “good with people.” They are commercially sharp, structured, proactive, and able to manage partners, activations, reporting, and follow-up with discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partner Growth
- Manage and support priority partners after listing.
- Build account plans for strategic partners, including visibility, activations, staff education, product focus, and growth opportunities.
- Support sell-through by coordinating in-store activations, product education, sampling, POS material, and partner-specific campaigns.
- Collect store and partner feedback on product performance, customer objections, pricing, merchandising, and reorder opportunities.
- Work closely with sales and commercial teams to identify which partners and locations need more support.
- Track partner performance, activation impact, stock movement feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure key partners understand Nutrili’s products, benefits, usage, and positioning.
2. Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and develop new partnerships across gyms, Pilates/yoga studios, wellness centers, clinics, beauty salons, aesthetic clinics, hotels, spas, corporate wellness teams, universities, and premium lifestyle communities.
- Build and maintain a structured partnership pipeline with clear opportunity value, next steps, owners, and deadlines.
- Develop partnership proposals that align with Nutrili’s brand, audience, and commercial objectives.
- Negotiate partnership opportunities, activations, sampling plans, corporate wellness offers, workshops, and co-branded initiatives.
- Build long-term relationships with high-potential partners rather than one-off collaborations only.
3. Activations, Events & Trade Marketing
- Plan and execute in-store activations, wellness pop-ups, sampling days, corporate wellness sessions, retail partner events, and community activations.
- Ensure every activation has a clear objective, target audience, budget, expected outcome, and post-event report.
- Coordinate with marketing, content, design, sales, and logistics teams to make sure events and activations are executed smoothly.
- Be present on the ground when needed to manage partners, setup, product displays, sampling, customer questions, and issue resolution.
- Capture learnings from each activation and recommend what to repeat, improve, pause, or stop.
4. Retail & Partner Feedback Loop
- Collect recurring feedback from partners, store teams, and customers.
- Identify common product questions, objections, education gaps, and merchandising issues.
- Share insights with marketing, product, sales, ecommerce, and leadership.
- Recommend improvements to POS material, product education, FAQs, retail training, product bundles, partner messaging, and activation formats.
- Help Nutrili understand which partnerships are truly valuable and which are not worth continuing.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain a weekly partnerships and retail growth tracker.
- Report on partner pipeline, meetings, proposals, activations, leads, sampling, sell-through feedback, reorder opportunities, and blockers.
- Prepare post-activation reports including objective, cost, audience reached, leads collected, sales or reorder impact where available, customer feedback, and next steps.
- Track partnership outcomes against clear KPIs, not just activity.
- Provide leadership with clear recommendations on where Nutrili should invest more time, budget, and team effort.

- Partnership activity leads to measurable outcomes: sales, leads, reorders, sampling, visibility, customer insights, or brand credibility.
- Leadership has a clear weekly view of the partner pipeline, active opportunities, blockers, and recommended next actions.
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Network in Riyadh across retail, wellness, beauty, fitness, clinics, hotels, or corporate wellness is a strong plus.
- 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, trade marketing, retail account management, brand activations, or key account growth.
- Experience in wellness, beauty, supplements, FMCG, pharmacy, consumer health, hospitality, fitness, or premium lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Commercial mindset — able to connect partnerships to revenue, sell-through, leads, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
- Strong execution skills and comfort managing activations end-to-end.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong organization and follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, trackers, reports, and basic performance dashboards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of premium consumer brands and Saudi customer behavior.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings, retail visits, activations, and events.
