About the Role
JGulf Group, a Kuwaiti conglomerate with subsidiaries in travel, tourism and related sectors, is hiring a Strategic Business Development Manager based in Egypt. You will identify and drive new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and use sales data to guide decisions, drawing on a strong background in sales leadership and call center operations.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across relevant markets
- Develop and execute business development plans aligned with the group's growth objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions
- Set and track sales targets, and prepare regular performance reports for management
- Apply call center operations knowledge to improve lead conversion, customer outreach and sales processes
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with company capabilities
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations and industry events
- Mentor and support sales teams where needed, drawing on prior sales management experience
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or business development, including prior experience as a Sales Manager
- Proven experience in call center operations or sales through call center channels
- Strong sales analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategy
- Based in Egypt, with the ability to work on-site
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and growth targets
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Preferred
- Experience in travel, tourism or a related service industry
- Experience working with or for a multi-entity group
