*What You'll Be Doing*As a Store Supervisor at NARS, you will be responsible for driving store performance, delivering an exceptional client experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will lead and engage the team, uphold NARS brand standards, and contribute to achieving sales and customer service targets.
*Key Responsibilities** Lead by example and represent NARS values and brand standards across all customer and team interactions. * Drive sales performance through effective coaching, engagement, and selling techniques. * Manage team scheduling, performance, engagement, and daily floor coverage. * Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships, including VIP client management. * Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently. * Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, grooming, and stock replenishment. * Stay informed on products, beauty trends, and competitor activity, sharing relevant insights with key stakeholders. * Manage inventory, stock movements, and audit preparation in line with company procedures. * Ensure compliance with retail, safety, security, HR, and operational standards. * Execute store events, projects, and clienteling activities to drive customer engagement and sales.
*What You'll Need To Succeed** Fluency in English and Arabic. * Previous experience in a Store Supervisor or similar team leadership role. * Strong makeup application skills and a passion for beauty. * Excellent communication, customer service, and team leadership skills.
