Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for overseeing all daily store operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role includes leading and coaching the store team, managing staffing and scheduling, and monitoring sales performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The Store Manager will supervise merchandising standards, maintain inventory accuracy, and implement retail loss prevention measures to safeguard stock and assets. Daily tasks involve handling customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant store environment. The Store Manager will also collaborate with management on local marketing initiatives, prepare regular performance reports, and support training and development for team members.
Qualifications
* Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to resolve issues and build long-term relationships.
* Effective Communication skills to lead teams, coordinate with management, and interact professionally with customers and partners.
* Proven Store Management capabilities, including supervising staff, managing schedules, overseeing daily operations, and driving sales performance.
* Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to implement procedures that minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
* Previous experience in retail management or a supervisory role in a store environment.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on accountability and results.
* Comfort with basic retail systems, such as point-of-sale (POS), inventory management tools, and reporting systems.
* Ability to work on-site full time in Cairo, including weekends and peak retail periods as needed.
