Role Description The Steel Metal Fabricator Welder and Aluminum Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Manama. This role involves fabricating, cutting, shaping, and assembling steel and aluminum components according to technical drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include welding, fitting, and finishing metal parts, operating relevant metalworking machinery, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. The technician will inspect materials, perform measurements, and collaborate with supervisors and site teams to support construction schedules. The role also requires routine equipment maintenance, adherence to safety procedures, and accurate documentation of work performed.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess metalworking skills, including cutting, shaping, and fabricating steel and aluminum.
* Candidates should possess proficiency in using hand tools and grinding tools for preparation and finishing of metal surfaces.
* Candidates should possess experience operating power tools commonly used in fabrication and welding environments.
* Candidates should possess safe forklift operation skills for moving materials and components on-site.
* Relevant experience as a welder, fabricator, or aluminum technician in construction or industrial settings.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurements accurately.
