الھدف من الوظیفة
دعم مدیر المحطة في تشغیل العملیات الیومیة لمحطة الفحص، والإشراف
على الموظفین المباشرین، والمحافظة على جودة الخدمة، وضمان الامتثال
لمعاییر الفحص .
المھام والمسؤولیات الرئیسیة
• المساعدة في إدارة العملیات الیومیة للمحطة وجدولة الموظفین
• الإشراف على المفتشین والصرافین وأنشطة خدمة العملاء
والھیئة ISO/IEC • ضمان اتباع عملیات الفحص لمعاییر 17020
السعودیة والغذاء والدواء
• دعم فحوصات جاھزیة المعدات والإبلاغ عن الأعطال
• معالجة استفسارات العملاء والتصعیدات من المستوى الأول
• المحافظة على سجلات المحطة والتقاریر والسجلات الیومیة
• القیام بمھام مدیر المحطة في حال غیابه
المؤھلات والمتطلبات
• دبلوم في مجال فني أو إداري
• خبرة لا تقل عن ٤ سنوات في الفحص أو عملیات المحطة
• معرفة بعملیات الفحص الفني الدوري وخدمة العملاء
• مھارات إشرافیة وتنظیمیة جیدة
• رخصة قیادة سعودیة ساریة
• أن یكون سعودي الجنسیة

• التواصل: تواصل شفھي وكتابي واضح باللغتین العربیة والإنجلیزیة

Job Purpose
To support the Station Manager in running daily inspection station operations, supervising frontline staff, maintaining service quality, and ensuring compliance with inspection standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist in managing daily station operations and staff scheduling
• Supervise inspectors, cashiers, and customer service activities
• Ensure inspection processes follow ISO/IEC 17020 and SASO/SFDA standards
• Support equipment readiness checks and fault reporting
• Handle customer queries and first-level escalations
• Maintain station records, reports, and daily logs
• Act for the Station Manager in their absence
Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma in a technical or administrative field
• Minimum 4 years' experience in inspection or station operations
• Knowledge of PTI inspection processes and customer service
• Good supervisory and organizational skills
• Valid Saudi driving license
• Saudi national preferred
