A well-known Oil & Gas Company in Egypt is looking for Maintenance Static Equipment Engineer.
Job Main Purpose:
Control the mechanical maintenance of the Plant’s Static equipment such as pressure vessel, towers, Drums, Heat exchangers, piping, welding, hot and cold insulation activities according to company standards and procedures in order to ensure safely, timely and quality implementation of activities.
Job Tasks:
- Supervise and lead contractor mechanical teams and to give precise instructions in their area of responsibility considering the safety, quality and duration of work.
- Provide the necessary support and guidance to contractors to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
- Develop preventive maintenance programs and provide maintenance work instructions and scopes of work for static equipment maintenance activities.
- Assist in the preparation of the planned shutdown activities & follow up the maintenance work execution on static equipment during shutdowns in supervisory capacity.
- Issue technical reports for minor & major repair activities and feedback on the Computerized Maintenance Management System that is to keep a history on the system that will be useful in the analysis of equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with all company and governmental safety, environmental and health rules and regulation.
Job Main Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in maintenance of Static equipment.
- Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering.
- Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals Industry Experience.
